MISSION: To lead
beneficial conservation efforts and to encourage the development of the natural resources of the District.
FUNCTION:
Take available technical, financial,
and educational resources, whatever their source, to
focus or coordinate them that they will meet the needs
of the local land manager with conservation of soil,
water, and related resources.
SWCD is a subdivision of the State of New Mexico,
organized under State Law Chapter 73 Article 20. |
